All Pacific University students are invited to apply for summer research positions within the Department of Chemistry and School of Pharmacy. Come join our energetic faculty and participate in independent, cutting-edge research in chemistry this summer. We will be hiring nine students for opportunities in surface chemistry, organic chemistry, biochemistry and pharmacy. 

Qualifications include:

• A strong interest in carrying out scientific studies

• A willingness to work hard and have fun

• The ability to make a 10 week commitment for the summer.

• Curiosity about the natural world

What you will get in return:

• Approximately $3800 stipend for 10 weeks

• The opportunity to generate new scientific knowledge by discovering things no one has known about before
